Тhe personal impressions of our group:
” The project under “Erasmus +” “Social inclusion through Youth and Sport” of the host organization APOGESD- Associazgo Portuguesa December Gestgo do Desporto, Portugal, held in Guimaraes, Portugal for the period 05.09.2016 – 09.09.2016 has contributed to the enrichment of our experience in the training course. For a few days we were able to further develop and exercise, language and skills ( communication, managerial, social, organizational, etc . ), to exchange experiences and information about yourself and our position in the countries to meet and befriend participants from other countries and participate actively in its obligations to the project.
The program of the project was carried out multiple tasks daily from 09:30 am to 19:00 pm and focuses on social and inclusions. By trainers conducted debates, interviews, presentations, energizer, games, sports activities, etc .. With their help, given the short stays of five days, we maximize usefulness and effectiveness of the planned tasks. They fulfilled their obligations and our committed daily social inclusion through various topics and role-playing games related to culture, migration, touring the city, team building, problems with the refugee wave, informal training and seminars and conducting multicultural evening of sharing traditional food and culture and cohesion of the participants.
The most effective day for us was the third related to sports activity, developing creative thinking to create a new sport through social inclusion and giving scope for self-expression and team play. As a council would be very effective and efficient to have more days like sports the theme, based on other days during which practiced monotone basic social activity, possibly in subsequent projects, but given that this is the first project of the organizers and the many tasks short period, we show understanding and set realistic assessment of activities. Our project enriched with experience in this field of activity, create useful contacts and friendships, we look at the city and meet with its cultural and historical values. Of course, finally we received a certificate Youthpass, “Erasmus +”, certifying our participation and we had a cultural evening with participants and trainers.

Project Summary:
Social inclusion is a multidimensional issue and promotion is complex and must be analyzed by several prisms. Our project was focused on the problem of social exclusion and the need to enhance the inclusive behavior through youth and physical/sport activity. Went through the confrontation of its resolution through the contribution of youth and of physical/sport activity, acting directly on the youth sector.
Through the training of youth workers in intervention for social inclusion among the young, it was possible to act preventive on a “disease” that after installed can become incurable. In this sense, it was necessary the training of youth workers to the social intervention to a comprehensive level, as a preventive factor and a resolution of one of the most serious problems of the current society: social exclusion.
The needs that we wanted to bridge were valuation of social inclusion, valuation of youth action through the physical/sport activity, valuation of non-formal education methodology, valuation of European identity, active citizenship, intercultural dialog and multiculturalism and valuation of empowerment of youth workers to the intervention in social inclusion through physical/sport activity.
We defined as general objective of the project for the empowerment of youth workers in social and youth intervention for social inclusion through sport. In this sense, we defined as specific objectives:
- Promote empowerment of youth workers while actors of intervention and change in the achievement of the objectives of the Europe 2020;
- Promote awareness and knowledge about the social exclusion and the corresponding role of sport and youth;
