Volunteers in action: Tryavna Ultra.

This summer was the second year that the organization Tryavna Ultra organized an ultramarathon, needing volunteers to help them at the different points. Our volunteers, two of them more than the others, went to help the organization with the event, splitting between the day and the night shift, as they wished.

During their participation, the volunteers helped the organization at the different control points. In these points, they provided food, drinks, support and orientation to the runners in order to help them to continue to the next one as much was possible. After the ultramarathon, all of them were invited by the organization to go to the delivering of the regards, receiving all the volunteers a medal and being invited to a picnic.

For some of the volunteers, like Damián, that was a great opportunity to join this kind of activities, waiting to join another one if they have the chance.
