On 9 Oct 2015 “Pass ahead” made its first steps – our first and more than successful project under European Voluntary Service – part of the European Union’s Erasmus + programme. Our positive and creative volunteers from Italy, Alessia Perlo and Matteo Melis, are happy to work and enjoy their time with the kids from “Kalina” Kindergarten, “Svetlina” Kindergarten and the Centre for Social Rehabilitation and Integration, Tryavna. In addition to our cooperation with the institutions mentioned, they also actively help in the development of the association, broadening our network of partners, creating projects and initiatives, popularizing the voluntary service and the opportunities for development that EU offers young people.
We are proud to announce that on 14 Jan 2016 YMKA – Gabrovo awarded Alessia and Matteo volunteers of 2015 in the following category “Contribution to popularization of volunteering.”
We wish them to meet loads of good friends and experience wonderful moments in Bulgaria!
