Activity 1: Training Course – Novi Sad, Serbia<\/strong>
\n2-10. March 2016.<\/strong><\/p>\n

On Training Course participants will get concrete knowledge and skills about new possibilities, for helping blind youth on their self-employment\/entrepreneurship using methods of making music and sound design. Participants will learn how to work with blind young people and to help them to learn music methods and how to apply and realize own projects. This Activity will include music workshops, working in sound recording and editing software (mostly on radio forms: radio drama, interview, reportage, advertisement etc.), theme of entrepreneurship, Stock audio, inclusive music games and so on.<\/p>\n

Number of participants:<\/strong>\u00a05 participants per country (including 1 blind youth + 1 personal assistant)<\/p>\n

Activity 2: Participants initiatives<\/strong>
\n60 days\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Organizing workshops for blind youth to help them to be included, supporting them on entrepreneurship, educating them about music and sound design possibilities. This activity will be implemented in participant\u2019s local communities in period of 70 days after Training Course (Activity 1). Participants will have the task to empower young people from their local communities using learned creative methods (knowledge and skills) acquired on TC (Activity 1).<\/p>\n

Activity 3: Evaluation – Marmaris, Turkey<\/strong>
\n15.-19. May 2017.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

On Evaluation meeting participants will evaluate the effect of Activity 1 and Activity 2. One day will be reserved for a public conference where we will promote products and results of our long-term project.<\/p>\n

N<\/strong>umber of participants:<\/strong>\u00a05 participants per country (including 1 blind youth + 1 personal assistant)<\/p>\n

Target group:<\/strong>
\nPeople actively involved in work with unemployed and\/or blind young people (youth workers, youth leaders, play workers, NGO activists, school teachers, educators, social workers, volunteers and artists).\u00a0Participants must be over 18 years old<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Working language:\u00a0<\/strong>
\nEnglish \u2013 all participants must be able to actively communicate using English language<\/p>\n

Working\u00a0methods:<\/strong><\/p>\n

All the training will be done through the methods of non-formal education. The activities will be for example brain storming\u2019s, plenary discussions, simulations, role plays, team building, energizers, ice breakers and many others. Non formal education we remember you that is voluntary, no hierarchical and all its methods are based on the concept of learning by doing.<\/p>\n

Travel Costs:<\/strong><\/p>\n

100% of the participants\u2018 travel costs will be reimbursed within\u00a0the valid budget sums calculated according to the official rules of\u00a0Erasmus+ programme. If a sum exceeds the limit, the excess will\u00a0be paid by the participants themselves. The reimbursement limit is 275\u20ac per participant from Bulgaria.<\/p>\n

Reimbursement of the travel costs will only be done after submitting all original tickets, receipt\/invoices, boarding passes and later sending of the return documents and boarding passes. Save the boarding passes from your airport check in as well. Please, be aware that in case you loose any invoices or tickets we will not be able to reimburse the cost. Reimbursement will be done in EURO, regardless of the currency indicated on your ticket and receipt\/invoice according to the official currency exchange rate of European Commission<\/a>.<\/p>\n

! Note: <\/strong>in case of higher travel cost, you will need to cover excess yourself.<\/p>\n

Financial support:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Project is supported by \u201cErasmus+\u201d program<\/a>. Accommodation, meals, program and travel cost (based on distance) are covered from grant. There is NO\u00a0participation fee<\/strong>.\u00a0However, 15 BGN will be deductuted from the travel costs or paid to the sending organisation from each participant, in order to be covered the different taxes, related to the participation of each representative from Bulgaria (bank transfer fees, post expenses, difference in the exchange rates, etc.). In case the organisation is covering the tickets, each participant must transfer a guarantee of 70 BGN, to the organisation`s public bank accont to ensure his\/her`s participation and if he\/she cancels his\/her`s participation, the sum will be used to cover the change of the name for the flight, the ticket has been bought already.<\/span><\/p>\n

Insurance:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The travel insurance is not mandatory but it is\u00a0highly reccommended.\u00a0<\/strong>It costs 1 BGN\/day and covers all the common injuries during projects up to 5000 Euro.\u00a0Our organization is not covering insurance, it is individual, but we are going to support you to obtain a proper insurance for the duration of the project. YouthPass:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Every participant is individually entitled to receive a\u00a0Youthpass Certificate, which confirms participation and
\nvalidates the non-formal learning (NFL) experience of\u00a0Training course project. Validating the learning\u00a0experiences of participants is important in itself and the\u00a0document can be of benefit in terms of the educational\u00a0or employment future of the participant. Through\u00a0Youthpass the European Commission ensures the Training\u00a0course activity is recognized as a non-formal learning\u00a0experience.
