\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Summary:
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/span>“in(DEPENDENT)\u201d is a YOUTH EXCHANGE that will take place in Sarata Monteoru, Buzau, Romania between 23 october and 3 november 2024 with 42 participants from 8 countries
\nThe aim of the project is to prevent and fight against negative effects of addictions in small communities
\nObjectives<\/strong>:
\n1. To increase youngsters understanding about danger of consumption of alcohol and any
\nkind of illegal drugs
\n2. To aware youngsters about healthy and active alternatives for spending free times instead
\nof gambling and abuse of social media
\n3. To provide to youngsters methods and solutions to be applied in small communities to prevent and combat addictions<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Working methods:
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/span>The methodology is based on non-formal education methods including presentations, world caf\u00e9, theater, round tables, debates, video creation, role plays etc. The project activities will be preparation, introduction, getting to know each other, workshops in plenary and teams, outdoor activities, intercultural evenings, visits, reflection and evaluation according to agenda.<\/p>\n

Final products expected: a visual campaign to promote a responsible, active and healthy life style far away from addictions<\/p>\n

What should you prepare :
\n– a documentation about situation with addictions in your country\/community (drugs, alcohol, gambling, social media etc)
\n– be prepared to propose games, energizers, activities for free time or for our workshops
\n– for intercultural evening you have to bring some traditional food and drinks and to be ready to teach us traditional songs or dances.
\nATTENTION!! There is not possible to use kitchen for cooking (because of regulations about safety and hygiene ) so bring dry things …you can prepare short and easy meals that can be done without oven like salads etc\u2026<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 What to bring with me:
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/span>– As we want to use as less plastic as possible please bring with you your own coffee\/tea cup or mug and a bottle\/recipient for water
\n– Hygiene products.
\n– Medicines if needed.
\n– Each national team must bring at least one laptop! (for digital activities).
\n– Bring your adaptors and charges for your devices as these cannot be provided.
\n– We will have an intercultural evening, so bring your national food and drink.
\n– Bring your national flag, magazines, postcards what will help you to introduce your country.
\n– ….and your good mood. This is the most important \u263a<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Travel Costs:
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/span>100% of the participants\u2018 travel costs will be reimbursed within the valid budget sums calculated according to the official rules of Erasmus+ programme. The transportation will be arranged by \u201cThe Change is in You\u201d Association.<\/em><\/p>\n

Important<\/strong>: In order to obtain reimbursement for the tickets, you need to follow these steps:
\n1) You need to present ALL THE TICKETS (that includes all the boarding passes)<\/strong>, including RETURN TICKETS<\/strong>, which you will send after realization of the project, otherwise you will not<\/strong> be reimbursed.
\n2) You need to use PUBLIC TRANSPORT<\/strong> e.g. planes, trains, buses, trams or underground.
\n3) You need to depart from the country where your sending organization is.
\n4) It is recommended to make scans of tickets before your arrival in case you lose them. The reimbursement will be done only in Euros.
\n5) You must complete the dissemination activities and send to the organizers evidences of them (pictures, videos, written report, etc.). Could be one for the whole group or individual \u2013 the decision is up to each participant and national group.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Financial support:
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/span>Project is supported by \u201cErasmus+\u201d program<\/a>. Accommodation, meals, program and travel cost (based on distance) are covered from grant.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Insurance:
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/span>The travel insurance is mandatory<\/strong><\/span>. <\/b>It costs 1 BGN\/day and covers all the common injuries during projects up to 5000 Euro.\u00a0Our organization is not covering insurance, it is individual, but we are going to support you to obtain a proper insurance for the duration of the project. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0YouthPass:
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/span>Every participant is individually entitled to receive a\u00a0Youthpass Certificate, which confirms participation and validates the non-formal learning (NFL) experience of\u00a0Training course project. Validating the learning\u00a0experiences of participants is important in itself and the\u00a0document can be of benefit in terms of the educational\u00a0or employment future of the participant. Through\u00a0Youthpass the European Commission ensures the Training\u00a0course activity is recognized as a non-formal learning\u00a0experience.
