To participation in the project we invited experienced sending organizations, host and coordinating EVS projects as well as organizations that are just going to start their work with the Erasmus+ Programme, EVS and youth with less opportunities. Bedding will be provided. All rooms have a bathroom.\u00a0FREE wireless internet is provided so that you can use with your own laptops and other devices.<br \/>\nThe venue is located 15 km from Bystrzyca K\u0142odzka, our office place, 100 km from Wroclaw Airport\u00a0and 180 km from Praha Airport. K\u0142odzko district is famous for its mountains, water and forests that\u00a0are truly representative of an untouched nature.<\/p>\n<p>Villa Alexandra:<\/p>\n<p>ul. If you are vegetarian, vegan (other) you should inform us. No alcoholic drinks will be allowed on the place.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong><u>Financial support:<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Project is supported by Polish National Agency\u00a0in the frame of Erasmus +. Accommodation, meals, program and travel cost (based on distance) are covered from grant. There is no participation fee.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Travel cost reimbursement:<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>100% of the participants\u2018 travel costs will be reimbursed within\u00a0the valid budget sums calculated according to the official rules of the Polish\u00a0National Agency in the frame of Erasmus +. If a sum exceeds the limit, the excess will\u00a0be paid by the participants themselves. The reimbursement limit is 275\u20ac per participant from Bulgaria.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important<\/strong>: In order to obtain reimbursement for the tickets, you\u00a0need to obey the following rules:<br \/>\n1) You need to present ALL THE TICKETS, including RETURN\u00a0TICKETS, which you will send after realization of the project,\u00a0otherwise YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED (DO NOT FORGET TO KEEP\u00a0YOUR BOARDING PASSES FROM AIRPORT CHECK-IN)<br \/>\n2) You need to use PUBLIC TRANSPORT e.g. planes, trains,\u00a0buses, trams or underground.<br \/>\n3) You need to depart from the country.<br \/>\n4) It is recommended to make scans of tickets before your arrival\u00a0in case you lose them. The reimbursement will be done only in\u00a0euros.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Insurance:<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The travel insurance is not mandatory but it is\u00a0<strong>highly reccommended.\u00a0<\/strong>It costs 1 BGN\/day and covers all the common injuries during projects up to 5000 Euro.\u00a0Our organization is not covering insurance, it is individual, but we are going to support you to obtain a proper insurance for the duration of the project. For more information about the insurance, contact us.<\/p>\n<p>Every participant should have valid <a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/social\/main.jsp?catId=559\">European Health Card<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">YouthPass:<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Every participant is individually entitled to receive a\u00a0Youthpass Certificate, which confirms participation and<br \/>\nvalidates the non-formal learning (NFL) experience of\u00a0Training course project. Validating the learning\u00a0experiences of participants is important in itself and the\u00a0document can be of benefit in terms of the educational\u00a0or employment future of the participant.
