The youngsters can learn the basic concepts in\u00a0connections with business and how to use effective methods e.g. (SWOT-analysis,\u00a0strategic planning, time management) as well as with different situational tasks,\u00a0interactive presentations they can improve their skills and knowledge. From invited\u00a0expert they will hear about marketing and financial planning. The participants in\u00a0mixed international groups have to work out a draft business plan in creative way\u00a0from the ideas to the evaluation, moreover make an extraordinary advertisement. Our\u00a0company will have opportunity to visit a successful local enterprise. Of course,\u00a0besides the project the participants can get to know the cultures of different<br \/>\ncountries and have fun together.<\/p>\n<p>Participants should prepare for the exchange at home.
