Short description of the program:
What makes a business successful?
The participants of this youth exchange program will get answer to this very important question and acquire comprehensive knowledge about entrepreneurship with non-formal education methods. The youngsters can learn the basic concepts in connections with business and how to use effective methods e.g. (SWOT-analysis, strategic planning, time management) as well as with different situational tasks, interactive presentations they can improve their skills and knowledge. From invited expert they will hear about marketing and financial planning. The participants in mixed international groups have to work out a draft business plan in creative way from the ideas to the evaluation, moreover make an extraordinary advertisement. Our company will have opportunity to visit a successful local enterprise. Of course, besides the project the participants can get to know the cultures of different
countries and have fun together.
Participants should prepare for the exchange at home. The facilitator will contact the contact persons at each partner organization and write the tasks participants should prepare with.
Participants should bring towel and the necessary things for the national evening
(food, drink, etc.)
