Dear Volunteers, mentors and colleagues,
“The Change is in You” Association is glad to invite You to the 1st EVS meeting in Tryavna. The meeting is the 1st event from the campaign “20 years European Volunteering Service”. Some of you may already know others not yet, but Tryavna is a “MUST visit” place in Bulgaria. Our team, which includes 10 EVS volunteers from Italy, Spain, France and Romania, has prepared some fun for You.
What we are offering you is:
– The chance to meet with EVS volunteers from all around the country.
– Visit one of the most popular tourist destinations in Bulgaria – Tryavna.
– Visit two of the most popular museums in the country, representing the life of our ancestors.
– Taste traditional Bulgarian cuisine.
– Learn more about other organizations and other EVS projects.
– Have fun in our TryAFun.
– Enjoy a Karaoke in different languages and a Retro Dance Party with funny surprises.
– Visit the only National School of Fine Arts in Bulgaria and see their handmade art.
– Attend the celebrations for the official holiday of Veliko Tarnovo – The Old Capital of Bulgaria (parade, exhibitions, 3D mapping show, etc.).

| 15:00 – 17:00 | TryAFun – Treasure Hunt in teams. |
| 17:00 – 18:30 | Meeting with youngsters from the town. Presentations of Erasmus+, EVS. Short presentations of the organizations and your EVS projects. |
| 20:30 – 23:00 | Traditional Bulgarian dinner at “The Brashlyan” Restaurant. Menu includes: salads, main dishes and side dishes, traditional homemade bread, water, glass of wine and 50ml of homemade rakiya (you must already know what this is J). |

| 16:00 – 22:00 | Joining the program for Velioko Tarnovo`s celebration. |
| 22:00 | Departing from Veliko Tarnovo and arriving in Tryavna by organized bus. |
